毕节市土地生态安全与社会经济发展耦合协调关系与障碍因子分析

Coupling coordination relationship and obstacle factor analysis of land ecological security and social economic development in Bijie,Guizhou

在生态文明建设大背景下,为探讨土地生态安全与社会经济发展间关系,构建土地生态安全和社会经济发展评价指标体系。在土地生态安全系统中纳入景观层面指标,在社会经济发展系统中加入公共卫生安全准则层指标,从而丰富现有指标体系,并利用耦合协调度和障碍度模型对毕节市开展研究。结果表明:在2010~2018年,毕节市土地生态安全与社会经济发展两系统的发展指数整体均呈上升趋势,其中2010~2015年两者发展呈相反态势,期间社会经济发展以牺牲土地生态安全为代价,而在2015~2018年经过相关政策的调整,两者表现为同步快速上升状态;2010~2018年两者耦合度由0.3419上升至0.9838,实现低水平耦合到高水平耦合,耦合协调度数值由0.2532上升为0.8965,协调类型实现由中度协调到良好协调的转换,表明系统间相互作用逐渐增强,且朝着良好有序方向发展,但并未进入优质协调;2010~2018年,土地生态安全系统的障碍因子主要来源于景观环境准则层指标,社会经济发展系统的障碍因子多来源于该系统的公共卫生安全准则层。据此建议通过改善土地景观破碎性和完善相应公共卫生安全基础设施等措施,加强景观环境准则层和公共卫生安全准则层相应指标的正向作用。

In the context of constructing ecological civilization,to explore the land ecological security and the relationship between social and economic development,build the evaluation index system of land ecological security and the social and economic development,in the system of land ecological security level into the landscape index,in the development of social economy system to join the public health safety criterion layer index,so as to enrich the existing index system,The coupling coordination degree and obstacle degree model are mainly used to study Bijie city.Conclusions:(1)during the study period,the overall development index of the two systems showed an upward trend,while during 2010-2015,the development of the two systems showed an opposite trend.During this period,the social and economic development was at the expense of land ecological security.During 2015-2018,after the adjustment of relevant policies,the two systems showed a synchronous and rapid increase.(2)From 2010 to 2018,the coupling degree of the two increased from 0.3419 to 0.9838,realizing low level coupling to high level coupling;The value of coupling coordination degree increases from 0.2532 to 0.8965,and the coordination type realizes the transformation from moderate coordination to good coordination,indicating that the interaction between systems is gradually enhanced and develops in a good and orderly direction,but it does not enter the high-quality coordination.(3)From 2010 to 2018,the obstacles to land ecological security system mainly came from the landscape environmental criteria layer,and the obstacles to social and economic development system mostly came from the public health security criteria layer of the system.By improving the fragmentation of land landscape and improving the corresponding public health security infrastructure,the positive effect of the corresponding indicators of landscape environmental standard layer and public health security standard layer can be strengthened.
