摘要
技能型社会并非是一种独立的社会形态,而是对现代社会价值理念和发展特征的一种理论描述。技能型社会建设的主体力量是"职业带"中具有应用型特征的完整人才序列。构建技能型社会的教育支持体系应从职业教育、应用型教育和继续教育三个层面协同推进,具体路径包括探索基于"上下贯通"的职业教育层次衔接机制、基于"左右融通"的普职衔接机制、基于"前后一体"的终身教育衔接机制、基于"内外协同"的校企合作育人衔接机制。
The skilled society is not an independent social form,but a theoretical description of modern social values and development characteristics.The main force of the construction of a skilled society is a complete sequence of talents with practical characteristics in the"professional belt".The construction of an education support system for a skilled society should be coordinated from the three levels of vocational education,applied education and continuing education.The specific path includes exploring the vocational education level connection mechanism based on"up and down connection",the general job connection mechanism based on"left and right integration",the lifelong education linkage mechanism based on the"front and back integration",and the school-enterprise cooperative education linkage mechanism based on the"internal and external collaboration".
