摘要
运用组织社会学新制度主义的理论分析工具,对产教融合、校企合作组织的趋同现象进行分析发现,产教融合、校企合作组织存在缺乏权威领导领军、场域组织结构分离、组织运作乏力、合法性机制不完善等困境,最终导致校企资源合力难以形成。针对这些问题,通过引入制度企业家的概念,发挥企业家的制度建设和模范引领作用,推进产教融合"合法性"机制建设,改进职业教育的产教融合、校企合作制度建设。
The theoretical analysis tool,new institutionalism in organizational sociology,has been applied to analyze the convergence phenomenon of integration of industry and education and school-enterprise cooperative organization,which reveals that the pain points are the lack of authoritative leadership,the separation of organizational domain structure,the weakness of organizational operation and the imperfection of legality mechanism.Eventually it is difficult for the resources of schools and enterprises to form a joint force.By introducing the concept of institutional entrepreneur,it gives full play to the entrepreneur’s institutional construction and exemplary leading role,promotes the construction of"legitimacy"mechanism of industry-education integration,and analyzes the school-enterprise cooperation cases of Country Garden and Guangdong Country Garden Polytechnic,so as to provide enlightenments for improving the system construction and practice management of industry-education integration and school-enterprise cooperation in vocational education.
