摘要
当前高职院校教师资格准入制度存在教师资格缺乏独立与精准分类、教师资格认定缺乏职业化教育特征、教师引进渠道单一等问题,建立双师素质为导向的教师资格准入及培育制度具有重要意义。根据高职教育特点,借鉴国外高职教师资格准入模式、完善具有高职特色化教师资格认证体系、拓宽"双师型"教师来源渠道、产业化导向探索校企联合招聘共同培养人才机制,从而构建一套以双师素质为导向的高职院校教师资格准入及培育路径。
The teacher qualification admission system of higher vocational colleges has problems such as the lack of independent and accurate classification of teacher qualifications, the lack of professional education characteristics of teacher qualification recognition, and the single channel of teacher introduction. The establishment of a double-qualified teacher qualification admission and cultivation system is of great significance. According to the characteristics of higher vocational education, learn from foreign higher vocational teacher qualification access modes, improve the teacher qualification certification system with higher vocational characteristics, broaden the source channels of"double-qualified"teachers, and explore the mechanism of joint recruitment and joint training of school-enterprise talents through industrialization, in order to construct a set of paths for the qualification admission and cultivation of teachers in higher vocational colleges oriented by double-quality.
