摘要
"双高计划"建设绩效评估有助于增强职业教育适应性,有助于形成"双高计划"项目动态管理机制,有助于"双高计划"建设学校自评自省。结合层次分析法和德尔菲法,建立由1个一级指标、6个二级指标、18个三级指标组成的"双高计划"建设绩效评估指标体系和"双高计划"建设绩效评估管理机制AHP模型,并从价值引领、领导管理、任务落实、绩效监测、督导调度、绩效激励六个层面,系统构建推进"双高计划"建设绩效评估管理工作的具体举措。
The construction performance evaluation of the"double-high plan"helps to enhance the adaptability of vocational education,helps to form a dynamic management mechanism for the"double-high plan"project,and helps the self-evaluation and self-examination of the"double-high plan"construction college.Combining Analytic Hierarchy Process and Delphi Method,establish the"double-high plan"construction performance evaluation index system and the"double-high plan"construction performance evaluation management mechanism AHP mode,consisting of 1 first-level indicator,6 second-level indicators,and 18 third-level indicators,and systematically construct specific measures to promote the performance evaluation and management of the construction of the"double-high plan"from the six levels of value guidance,leadership management,task implementation,performance monitoring,supervision and scheduling,and performance incentives.
