摘要
开展中国特色高水平高职专业群建设绩效第三方评价是落实我国职业教育相关政策与法律法规的具体体现,是推动高水平专业群建设持续发展的有效手段,是高水平专业群建设绩效评判的最佳方式。我国高水平高职专业群建设绩效评价中虽初步引入了第三方评价,但仍以第一方与第二方评价为主,第三方评价的顶层设计有待加强,第三方评价指标较为缺乏,基于此提出我国高水平高职专业群建设绩效第三方评价的路径,即做好高水平专业群建设绩效第三方评价的顶层设计、完善高水平专业群建设绩效第三方评价的指标体系、确立第三方评价机构的法律地位、利用信息化手段强化第三方评价结果的运用。
Carrying out the third-party evaluation of the performance of the construction of high-level specialty groups with Chinese characteristics is a concrete manifestation of the implementation of relevant policies,laws and regulations of vocational education in China.It is also an effective means to promote the sustainable development of the construction of high-level specialty groups,and it is the best way to evaluate the performance of high-level specialty group construction.Although the third-party evaluation is initially introduced in the performance evaluation of the construction of high-level vocational specialty groups in China,the first-party and second-party evaluation are still the main ones.The top-level design of the third-party evaluation needs to be strengthened,and the third-party evaluation indicators are relatively lacking.This puts forward the path for the third-party evaluation of the construction performance of high-level specialty groups in China,that is,to do a good job in the top-level design of the third-party evaluation of the construction of high-level specialty groups,improve the index system for the third-party evaluation of the construction of high-level specialty groups,and establish a third party the legal status of evaluation institutions and use information technology to strengthen the use of third-party evaluation results.
