摘要
虚拟现实等新技术的广泛应用,使科学博物馆发展进入智能新时代,用户体验设计成为主流设计理念,使智能互动式展览成为科学博物馆进入智能新发展的重要表征。本研究基于统一技术采纳与使用第二代扩展模型理论,结合用户特点,对因变量和调节变量进行调整,提出科学博物馆智能互动式展览用户接受影响因素模型,探讨用户接受智能互动式展览的意愿及其影响因素。研究发现,绩效期望、努力期望、社会影响因素、促进因素、娱乐需求均对使用意愿有显著的正向影响;使用意愿对使用行为有显著的正向影响,并从有用性和易用性、社会影响、内容质量等方面提出了提升智能互动展览设计效果的相关建议。
With the wide applications of new technologies such as virtual reality,the Science Museums have stepped into a new era of intelligence.User experience design has become the mainstream design concept.Intelligent interactive exhibition has become an important symbol of the new development of Science Museum.Based on the unified technology adoption and user acceptance model,referring to previous mature research scales,and combining with the intelligent interactive exhibition and user characteristics of the Science Museum,this paper adds the variable of“entertainment demand”to construct the user acceptance influencing factor model of the intelligent interactive exhibition of the Science Museum.After the analysis and verification of the questionnaire data,the performance expectation,effort expectation and social impact of the original model variables have significant positive correlation with the use intention;the entertainment demand of the new variables has significant positive correlation with the use intention.It also puts forward relevant suggestions to improve the design effect of intelligent interactive exhibition from the aspects of usefulness and usability,social impact,and content quality.
