The Design of Intelligent Foot Clothing for Health-care Based on Sustainable Concept

根据世卫组织调查显示,截至2019年年底,处于健康与疾病之间的亚健康人群约占总人群数的75%,慢性病患者数量增多,人们对健康的关注度越来越高,因此,智能保健服装必将成为移动医疗的发展趋势。本研究针对糖尿病、心脑血管病、腰肌劳损等越来越多的慢性病的出现,以足服为载体,结合中国几千年传承下来的康养中医技术理论,设计一款智能保健足服,分别从设计原理、硬件选择、材料特性以及款式设计和手机客户端设计等方面进行阐述。此款足服可以实时监测人体的身体健康数值,并将近期的监测数据存储于手机客户端进行分析,看出身体健康状况,通过手机客户端选择和控制足底穴位和反射区的按摩疗程,有效缓解甚至消除身体的疲劳,从而预防和缓解慢性病的发生,具有保健理疗的效果。

According to the WHO,the sub-health people between health and disease accounts for about 75%of the total population by the end of 2019.More and more attention is focused on health care,with the increasing of chronic diseases among people.Therefore,smart health clothing will become the trend of mobile health care.Targeting at diabetes,cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,lumbar muscle strain and other chronic diseases,the intelligent footwear which combines with thousands of years of traditional Chinese medicine technology is designed.The design principle,hardware selection,style and material characteristics,and the design of mobile application program are introduced in this study.This smart footwear can monitor the human health in real time,and store the monitoring data in mobile phone.By analyzing those data,levels of health of the users can be reflected.Moreover,this equipment can massage plantar acupoints and reflex area,which helps to relieve fatigue and to prevent chronic diseases.
