Reliability of Predicting Maximal Accumulated Oxygen Deficit Using Only a Single Supramaximal Exhaustive Test

摘要 目的:验证仅通过一次超大强度测试(MAOD_(ALT))预测最大累积氧亏(MAOD)的可靠性。方法:招募16名男性400米田径跑专项运动员(年龄19.94±1.30岁,骨骼肌质量57.56±3.81 kg,体脂率12.15%±2.35%),共参加5次运动测试,包括递增负荷、恒定负荷(50%、60%、70%、80%和90%VO_(2))和3次超大强度重复测量测试(110%VO_(2)),其中第1次超大强度测试后,令第2次超大强度测试时间与第1次相同,而第3次超大强度测试则时间不做限定进行重测。MAOD的标准值根据MedbФ法,由摄氧量-输出功率(VO_(2)-PO)预测方程推算的理论摄氧量与实际摄氧量的差值计算。MAOD_(ALT)由运动中累积血乳酸和摄氧量动力学曲线快速部分计算。结果:MAOD_(ALT)和MAOD之间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),同时Bland-Altman法显示MAOD_(ALT)和MAOD具有良好的一致性。结论:通过一次性超大强度运动中累积血乳酸和摄氧量动力学曲线快速部分(MAOD_(ALT))计算MAOD是可靠的,未来可基于不同运动模式进行更大样本的研究。 Objectives To explore the reliability of predicting maximal accumulated oxygen deficit(MAOD)using a single supramaximal exercise session(MAOD_(ALT)).Methods Totally 16 male 400-m track runners(age:19.94±1.30 years,skeletal muscle mass:57.56±3.81 kg,body fat percentage12.15%±2.35%)were recruited and performed the following tests:(a)a maximal incremental exercise test,(b)five submaximal constant workload tests(50%,60%,70%,80%and 90%of velocity at VO_(2)),(c)three supramaximal tests(110%of velocity at VO_(2)).After the first supramaximal test,the duration of the second was the same,while that of the third was not set.Standard values of MAOD were calculated for each subject as the difference between the measured O_(2)during supramaximal session exercise and theoretical O_(2)demand by a linear relationship between submaximal oxygen uptake and treadmill speed,while the MAOD_(ALT)was calculated from the blood lactate accumulation and fast component of oxygen uptake kinetics curve during the exercise.Results There was no significant difference between MAOD_(ALT)and MAOD(P>0.05).And the Bland-Altman test showed that MAOD_(ALT)and MAOD had a good consistency.Conclusions MAOD_(ALT)can be used to estimate the MAOD.
