国际中文教育教学资源建设70年:成就与展望 被引量:91

Seventy Years of Construction of International Chinese Language Teaching Resources:Achievements and Prospects

摘要 教学资源建设是国际中文教育事业发展和学科建设的重要内容,对中文和中华文化国际传播发挥积极作用。经过近70年努力,国际中文教材达19,530种,涵盖80个语种,年均发行世界101个国家的1,200余个中文教学机构,融入20余个国家国民教育体系;数字教材近4,000种,慕课微课近2万节,数字应用近1,000个。中文教学资源发展呈现如下特点:"资源建设共同体"基本形成,我国已成为中文教学资源最大产出国,标准的规范和引领作用日益凸显,资源建设逐步实现"四大转变"等。未来资源建设应坚持标准引领、优化教材体系、融合智能技术、提升中文经济价值、注重科研支撑、讲好中国故事。 The construction of teaching resources is an important part of the development of international Chinese language education and discipline construction,and plays a positive role in the international dissemination of Chinese language and Chinese culture. After nearly 70 years of efforts,there are 19,530 international Chinese teaching materials,covering 80 languages,distributed to more than 1,200 Chinese language teaching institutions in 101 countries in the world every year,and integrated into the national education system of more than 20 countries. There are nearly 4,000 kinds of digital textbooks,20,000 Moocs and Micro-lectures and 1000 digital applications. The development of Chinese language teaching resources presents the following characteristics:“a community of Chinese language resources construction” has basically taken shape;China has become the largest producer of Chinese teaching resources;the standardizing and leading role of standards have become increasingly prominent;four great transformations about the resource construction have been realized,etc. In the future resource construction,we should adhere to standard guidance a standard-oriented policy,optimize the textbook system,integrate intelligent technology,enhance the economic value of Chinese language,focus on scientific research support and tell Chinese stories well.
