摘要
中国加入WTO之后,互联网电子商务高速发展,与之配套的快递物流行业也跟着腾飞起来。在物流企业发展的过程中,各种问题接踵而至。文章通过对京东物流进行SWOT分析,研究了京东物流在发展过程中面对的优势、劣势、机会和挑战,并为京东物流下一步发展提供可行的战略性意见。
After China's accession to the WTO,the interne e-commerce developing rapidly,the supporting express logistics industry has also risen.In the process of the development of logistics enterprises,various problems also come one after another.Through the SWOT analysis of Jingdong logistics,this article analyzes the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of Jingdong logistics,providing feasible strategic opinions for the next development of Jingdong logistics.
