低碳背景下黔南州区域商贸物流中心实现路径研究

Research on the Realization Path of Qiannan Regional Business Logistics Center under the Background of Low Carbon

商贸物流自古有之,低碳背景下商贸物流中心的实现是区域经济社会发展的重要途径。结合黔南州低碳实现区域商贸物流中心的区域协调发展、生态之州建设、乡村振兴的实践意义,梳理了其低碳实现的现实基础,包括政策支持、区位优势、交通路网优势、资源禀赋优势,剖析了其低碳实现的制约因素,包括产业政策缺乏连续性、区域发展布局协同困难、商贸业与物流业缺乏协调联动、商贸物流人才缺乏等,提出了其低碳实现的路径,包括做好顶层设计,提高政策连续性;深入挖掘生态民族文化旅游资源,壮大文旅产业集群;大力发展黔茶,助推黔茶出山;着力优化供应链物流网络,提升物流效率;与高校合作,订单培养商贸物流人才等。

Business logistics has existed since ancient times.Under the background of low carbon,the realization of business logistics center is an important way of regional economic and social development.Combined with the practical significance of realizing the regional coordinated development,ecological state construction and rural revitalization of Qiannan low-carbon regional business logistics center,this paper combs the realistic basis of its low-carbon realization,including policy support,location advantage,transportation network advantage and resource endowment advantage,and analyzes the constraints of its low-carbon realization,including the lack of continuity of industrial policy,the lack of environmental protection and the lack of environmental protection.It is difficult to coordinate the layout of regional development,lack of coordination and linkage between commerce and logistics,lack of talents in commerce and logistics,etc;further explore the ecological national cultural tourism resources,strengthen the cultural tourism industry cluster;we should develop Guizhou tea vigorously to boost its development;efforts should be made to optimize the supply chain logistics network and improve the logistics efficiency;cooperate with colleges and universities to cultivate business logistics talents.
