摘要
为探讨结直肠癌患者术后早期应用肠内营养剂干预的临床疗效,选取本院190例行腹腔镜下结直肠癌根治术后患者,随机分为A、B两组,每组各95例。A组患者术后接受早期肠内营养干预治疗,B组接受肠外营养支持治疗。对比2组患者术后营养指标、首次排气和排便时间、住院时间、血清内毒素水平及并发症发生率。结果显示,术后第3天和第7天,A组患者体质量指数、前白蛋白、血清白蛋白水平均高于B组(P <0.05);术后A组血清内毒素水平低于B组(P <0.05);术后首次排气和排便时间,A组较B组更早(P <0.05);术后并发症发生率,A组低于B组(P <0.05)。结果表明,结直肠癌术后早期运用肠内营养剂,可帮助患者提升术后营养水平,促进胃肠功能恢复,减少术后并发症。
This study was to investigate the clinical effect of taking enteric nutrients intervention(ENI)at early postoperatively stage,enrolled 190 cases underwent laparoscopic radical procedure for colorectal cancer in authors’ hospital,and randomly divided them into group A(95 cases,at early postoperativelly stage received ENT)and group B(95 cases,parenteral alimentation);then,compared both groups’ patients’ postoperative nutrition norms;the time for first flatus from anus,for first defecation and for hospitalization;serum endotoxin level,as well as complication incidence.As results,on the 3 rd and 7 th day after surgery,in the levels of prealbumin and serum abumin,as well as in BMI group A was all higher than group B(all,P<0.05);after surgery,in serum endotoxin level;in the time for first flatus,and for defecation,and in complication incidence group A was respectively and significantly lower,earlier,and lower than group B(all,P<0.05).Results show that at early postoperative stage of colorectal cancer taking ENT could be helpful to enhance patients’ postoperative nutrition level,promote gastrointestinal function recovered,and reduce postoperative complication.
