自动痔套扎术联合外痔切除治疗混合痔40例疗效观察

RPH Combined with Resection for External Hemorrhoids in the Treatment of Mixed Hemorrhoids:Effect Observation on 40 Cases

为探讨自动痔套扎术(RPH)联合外痔切除治疗混合痔的效果,将80例混合痔患者随机分为观察组与对照组,各40例。观察组采用RPH联合外痔切除术治疗,对照组采用传统外剥内扎术治疗,比较2组手术指标、术后疼痛、水肿和出血评分。结果显示,观察组在手术时间、创面愈合时间和住院时间方面均短于对照组(P <0.05),在术后疼痛、水肿和出血评分方面均低于对照组(P <0.05)。结果表明,RPH联合外痔切除术治疗环状混合痔,能够减缓患者疼痛、水肿及出血症状,且能促进术后康复。

This study was to investigate the effect of Ruiyun procedure for hemorrhoids(RPH)combined with resection for external hemorrhoids,randomly divided 80 patients with mixed hemorrhoids into observation group(40 cases,received RPH plus resection for external hemorrhoids)and control group(40 cases,routine external dissection &internal ligature);then,compared both groups’ operative norms;patient’s score ratings on postoperative pain,edema and bleeding.As results,in the time for operating,for woundsurface healing,and for hospitalization;and,in the ratings on postoperative pain,edema,and bleeding observation group was respectively shorter than,and superior to control group(all,P <0.05).Results show that the combined procedure used in observation group can relieve patients’ pain,edema and bleeding,etc symptoms,and promote patients’ rehabilitation.
