益肠通秘汤联合莫沙比利治疗功能性便秘31例疗效观察

Yichang Tongmi Tang Combined with Mosapride in the Treatment of Functional Constipation:Effect Observation on 31 Cases

为探讨益肠通秘汤联合莫沙比利口服治疗功能性便秘的临床疗效,将62例功能性便秘患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各31例。对照组采用莫沙比利口服治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加服益肠通秘汤治疗,观察比较2组临床疗效及症状改善情况。结果显示,观察组总有效率高于对照组,便秘症状评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结果表明,功能性便秘患者使用益肠通秘汤联合莫沙比利口服治疗,可提高疗效,明显改善便秘症状,值得临床推广应用。

This study was to observe the effect of Yichang Tongmi Tang(Tang,a TCM formula)plus mosapride in the treatment of functional constipation(FC),randomly divided 62 FC patients into control group(31 cases,treated with mosapride)and observation group(31 cases,added with Tang based on mosapride);then,observed and compared both groups’ clinical effect and symptoms improved status.As results,in total effective rate and in the score ratings on constipation symptoms observation group was respectively and significantly higher and lower than control group(all,P <0.05).Results show that for FC,Tang plus mosapride can enhance effect,improve symptoms significantly.
