盆底磁刺激联合生物反馈治疗盆底失弛缓型便秘30例疗效观察

Pelvic Floor Magnetic Stimulation Combined with Biofeedback in the Treatment of Constipation in Anismus:Effect Observation on 30 Cases

为探讨盆底磁刺激联合生物反馈治疗盆底失弛缓型便秘的临床疗效,将60例盆底失弛缓型便秘患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各30例。治疗组给予盆底磁刺激联合生物反馈治疗,对照组给予单纯生物反馈治疗。观察2组力排时肛门压力、直肠感觉阈值和便秘症状评分等。结果显示,治疗1个疗程后,治疗组肛门压力和直肠感觉阈值小于对照组(P <0.05),便秘症状评分优于对照组(P <0.05)。2周后随访,2组便秘评分较治疗后有所回升,治疗组总有效率为90%,明显高于对照组的69%(P <0.05)。结果表明,盆底磁刺激联合生物反馈治疗盆底失弛缓型便秘临床疗效好,起效时间短,值得临床推广应用。

This study was to investigate the clinical effect of pelvic floor magnetic stimulation(PFMS)combined with biofeedback in the treatment of constipation in anismus(CIA),randomly divided 60 CIA patients into treatment group(30 cases,received PFMS plus biofeedback)and control group(30 cases,only biofeedback);then,compared both groups’ patients anal pressure at straining,rectal sensing threshold,and the score ratings on constipation symptoms,etc.As results,1 treatment course late in treatment group anal pressure and rectal sensing threshold were less than that in control group(P <0.05),and the ratings on sensing threshold were less than that in control group(P <0.05),and the ratings on constipation symptoms were superior to that in control group(P <0.05);2 weeks late the follow-up found that both groups’ ratings on constipation symptoms had some uplifted than after treatment,but the total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group(90%vs 69%,P <0.05).Resutls show that PFMS plus biofeedback in the treatment of CIA has better clinical effect,and its onset-effect time is shorter,the recurrence rate is also lower,thus,worthy to be popularized to use clincally.
