坤泰胶囊联合肛肠内腔治疗仪治疗绝经后女性肛窦炎55例疗效观察

Kuntai Capsule Combined with Intracoloproctological Lumen Therapentical Apparatus in the Treatment of Postmenopausal Female Anal Cryptitis:Effect Observation on 55 Cases

为探讨坤泰胶囊口服联合肛肠内腔治疗仪治疗绝经后女性肛窦炎的临床效果,将110例绝经女性肛窦炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组55例。对照组患者采用肛肠内腔治疗仪治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上联合坤泰胶囊口服,对比2组患者治疗后更年期综合征改善情况及肛窦炎治疗效果。结果显示,观察组治愈35例(63.64%),明显高于对照组的24例(43.64%);总有效率为90.91%,高于对照组的87.27%,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组治疗周期为(7.21±1.69)d,短于对照组的(10.53±1.26)d,(P <0.05);观察组治疗后的更年期综合征评分为(15.31±2.65)分,低于对照组的(18.19±2.91)分,(P <0.05)。结果表明,采用坤泰胶囊口服联合肛肠内腔治疗仪治疗绝经后女性肛窦炎,治愈率高,疗效好,治疗周期短,有助于改善绝经后女性更年期综合征情况,值得临床推广应用。

This study was to investigate the clinical efficacy of Kuntai capsule combined with intracoloproctological lumen therapeutical apparatus(55 cases,treated with the apparatus)and observation group(55 cases,based on apparatus,added with oral Kuntai capsule);then,compared both groups’ patients’ effect on anal cryptitis,as well as post-treatment efficacy of climacteric syndrome.As results,in curative rate[(35/55,63.64%)vs(24/55,43.64%)],in total effective rate(90.91% vs 87.27%),in treatment cycle[(7.21±1.69)d vs(10.53±1.26)d],as well as in the score ratings on post-treatment climacteric syndrome,observation group was respectively and significantly higher,higher,shorter,as well as lower(15.31±2.55 vs18.19±2.91)than control group(all,P <0.05).Results show that Kuntai capsule plus apparatus in the treatment of postmenopausal female anal cryptitis(PMFAC)has such merits as high curative rate,good effect,short treatment cycles,and,is helpful to improve PMFAC patients’ climacteric syndrome,thus worthy to be popularized to use clinically.
