高频超声在小乳腺癌与乳腺良性肿瘤诊断中的应用效果 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨高频超声在小乳腺癌与乳腺良性肿瘤诊断中的临床价值。方法选取2018年12月至2020年12月间南方医科大学附属小榄人民医院收治的50例小乳腺癌患者为观察组,另取同期50例乳腺良性肿瘤患者为对照组,均行高频超声诊断,比较两组患者高频超声特征及乳腺影像报告和数据系统(BI-RADS)分级。结果观察组患者后方衰减、回声、微钙化、纵横比、内部结构、边缘和血流特征与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组患者BI-RADS分级2级、3级和4a级率均低于对照组,4b级、4c级和5级率均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论高频超声在小乳腺癌和乳腺良性肿瘤的鉴别诊断中具有重要价值。 Objective To analyze the clinical value of high frequency ultrasound for the diagnosis of small breast cancer and benign breast tumors.Methods Fifty patients with small breast cancer were selected at Xiaolan People’s Hospital,Southern Medical University from December 2018 to December 2020 and included in an observation group,and another 50 patients with benign breast tumors were selected in the same period and included in a control group.Both groups were detected by high-frequency ultrasound,and the high-frequency ultrasound characteristics and breast imaging-reporting and data system(BI-RADS)grading were compared between the two groups.Results There were significant difference in posterior attenuation,echo,microcalcification,aspect ratio,internal structure,edge irregularity and blood flow characteristics between the two groups(all P<0.05).The rates of BI-RADS category 2,3 and 4 a were lower in the observation group than those in the control group,and the rates of BI-RADS category 4 b,4 c and 5 were higher in the observation group than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion High frequency ultrasound has important value in the differential diagnosis of small breast cancer and benign breast tumors.
