Guarantee and Promotion of People’s Right to Health under the Background of Healthy China

健康中国行动的目标是以人民健康为中心,其价值旨归是对公民健康权的保障和促进。本文从健康权概念的渊源和发展入手,结合我国卫生健康事业发展和健康权利保障的现状,以《基本医疗卫生与健康促进法》为重点,对健康权的法律规定进行分析,并就健康权的保障和发展进行展望。

The goal of the Healthy China Action is to focus on people’s health,so the protection and promotion of citizens’ right to health has become the value of the Healthy China Strategy. This article starts with the development of the right to health at home and abroad,and combines with the development of health undertakings and the protection of health rights in China. Focusing on the Basic Medical and Health Promotion Law,it analyzes the legal provisions of the right to health,and looks forward to the protection and development of the right to health.
