精细化护理在脊柱转移瘤经皮椎体成形术中的效果

Efficacy of refined nursing in patients with spinal metastases undergoing percutaneous vertebroplasty

目的探讨精细化护理在脊柱转移瘤行经皮椎体成形术患者中的应用疗效。方法选取2019年8月至2020年12月陕西省商洛市中心医院收治的64例脊柱转移瘤患者,均接受经皮椎体成形术。根据入院时间编号随机分为常规组与观察组,每组32例。常规组采用常规护理,观察组采用精细化护理。比较两组患者护理前后的疼痛程度、焦虑评分、抑郁评分,以及不良事件发生率(感染、压疮)。结果两组患者术前疼痛程度、焦虑和抑郁评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后1d,术后1个月后,观察组的疼痛评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);干预后1个月后,观察组的焦虑评分、抑郁评分均低于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组不良事件发生率(3.1%)低于常规组(18.8%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对接受经皮椎体成形术治疗的脊柱转移瘤患者给予精细化护理,能够有效降低患者的疼痛感受,缓解患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪,可更好地预防不良事件发生。

Objective To explore the efficacy of refined nursing in patients with spinal metastases undergoing percutaneous vertebroplasty.Methods A total of 64 patients with spinal metastases admitted to Shangluo Central Hospital were selected from August 2019 to December 2020.They were divided into an observation group and a conventional group using the sequence of admission with 32 patients in each group.The observation group received refined nursing and the conventional group received conventional nursing.The severity of pain,anxiety score,depression score,and the incidence of adverse events(infection and pressure ulcer)were compared between the two groups before and after nursing.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the scores of pain,anxiety,and depression between the two groups before the intervention(P>0.05).At 1 d and 1 month after the intervention,the pain scores were lower in the observation group than in the conventional group(all P<0.05).At 1 month after the intervention,the scores for anxiety and depression were lower in the observation group than those of the conventional group(all P<0.05).The incidence of adverse event rate was 3.1%in the observation group which was lower than 18.8%of the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Refined nursing can effectively reduce pain,relieve th anxiety and depression,and prevent the occurrence of adverse events in patients with spinal metastases undergoing percutaneous vertebroplasty.
