中西医结合护理干预在胃癌患者中的应用效果观察

Efficacy of nursing of integrated Chinese and western medicine in patients with gastric cancer

目的探讨中西医结合护理干预在胃癌患者护理中的应用效果。方法选取2018年4月至2020年7月间山东省青岛市中心(肿瘤)医院收治的84例胃癌患者纳入研究。根据护理方法不同进行分组,采用西医护理的42例患者纳入对照组,采用中西医结合护理干预的42例患者纳入观察组。统计并比较两组患者的自我效能、希望水平和心理弹性水平等指标变化,全面评价中西医结合护理干预的价值效果。结果护理后,观察组一般自我效能感量表(GSES)总评分为(35.61±5.40)分,高于对照组的(28.40±4.23)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组赫氏希望量表(HHI)总评分为(35.41±6.3)分,高于对照组的(25.33±4.20)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)总评分为(110.10±10.07)分,高于对照组的(79.85±9.37)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合护理干预可增强胃癌患者自我效能感,提高希望水平及心理弹性水平,值得优选。

Objective To explore the efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing in patients with gastric cancer.Methods From April 2018 to July 2020,84 patients with gastric cancer were selected at Qingdao Central(Oncology)Hospital.They were categorized into two groups based on the nursing they received with 42 patients in an integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing group and 42 patients in a control group.Changes in indicators such as self-efficacy,hope level,and psychological flexibility level were counted and compared the two groups to comprehensively evaluate the value and efficacy of integrated Chinese and western medicine nursing.Results After nursing,the overall general self-efficacy scale(GSES)score was higher in the observation group than in the control group(35.61±5.40 vs.28.40±4.23,P<0.05).The overall Herth hope index(HHI)score was higher in the observation group than in the control group(35.41±6.3 vs.25.33±4.20,P<0.05).Moreover,the overall Connor-Davidson resilience scale(CD-RISC)score was higher in the observation group than in the control(110.10±10.07 vs.79.85±9.37,P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine can enhance self-efficacy,improve the level of hope and the level of psychological flexibility in patients with gastric cancer,and it is worthy of optimization.
