热射病肺损伤相关因素及治疗进展 被引量:5

摘要 热射病(HS)是一种热应激作用于机体引起的致死性疾病,病死率较高。根据发病原因和易感人群不同,临床上分为经典型热射病(CHS)和劳力型热射病(EHS)。肺作为气体交换和散热的重要器官,是热射病发展进程中较早受到损害的器官之一。热射病引起急性肺损伤(ALI)后会加重机体缺氧,导致其他脏器损害进一步加重。了解热射病导致肺损伤的相关因素及最新治疗措施,对于热射病防治有着重要意义。本文参阅近期国内外文献,整理引起热射病ALI的相关因素及最新治疗措施,以期为热射病ALI临床治疗与基础研究提供新的思路。 Heat stroke(HS)is a fatal disease with high mortality caused by heat stress.According to the cause and susceptible population of HS,it is divided into exertional heat stroke(EHS)and classic heat stroke(CHS),clinically.Lung,as an important organ for gas exchange and heat dissipation,is one of the organs damaged earlier in the progress of HS.Acute lung injury(ALI)caused by HS aggravated body hypoxia,leading to further damage to other organs.It is of great significance to understand the related factors and the latest treatments of lung injury caused by HS for the prevention and treatment of HS.The related factors and the latest treatments of lung injury caused by HS were reviewed by referring to the recent domestic and foreign literatures in this paper,in order to provide new ideas for clinical treatment and basic research.
