摘要
针对煤矿巷道掘进工作面探放水钻孔数量多、施工速度慢的问题,研制了一款机身窄、移动灵活、具有两个工作臂的分体式履带钻机,并在高河煤矿E2308主运输巷掘进工作面进行了现场应用。结果表明:钻机结构设计合理,安全可靠,作业辅助时间缩短30%,钻孔效率提高60%,为类似矿井掘进工作面探放水钻孔施工提供了借鉴及指导。
Aiming at the problems of large quantity and slow construction in the water exploration and discharge drilling of heading face in coal mine roadway, a split crawler drilling rig with narrow body, flexible movement and twin boom was developed. It was used in the heading face of E2308 belt gateway in Gaohe Coal Mine. The results show that the drilling rig has a reasonable, safe and reliable structure, whose operation assistance time is shortened by 30% and the drilling efficiency is increased by 60%. The technology can provide reference and guidance for similar construction of water exploration and discharge holes of heading face in other coal mines.
