浅埋煤层大采高加长工作面“三机”配套研究及应用 被引量:5

摘要 为了确定浅埋煤层大采高加长工作面"三机"的合理配套,以上湾矿为工程背景,综合运用理论分析及数值模拟对工作面的设备选型进行校核,并对大采高加长工作面的现场应用效果进行分析。研究结果表明:工作面长度增加后采煤机割煤能力应大于3404t/h,刮板输送机功率应大于3341kW,液压支架支护强度应大于1.4MPa。现场应用效果表明工作面预选用设备均能满足生产要求,且实际生产中各设备运行情况良好。 In order to determine the reasonable matching of extended mining face in the shallow seam with large mining height, taking 22104 mining face of Shangwan Mine as the engineering background, the equipment selection of mining face is comprehensively studied using theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and field monitoring.The results show that, when the extended mining face length is 330 m, the coal cutting capacity of shearer should be greater than 3404 t/h, the power of scraper conveyor should be greater than 3341 kW,and the support strength of hydraulic support should be greater than 1.1 MPa.The pre-selected equipment of 22104 mining face can meet the production requirements, and each equipment runs well in actual production.
