摘要
针对岩石巷道掘进工艺钻爆法效果不佳的问题,以顾北煤矿-648m水平降温硐室为研究对象,参照岩石巷道断面掘进原始方案,结合现场分析影响爆破效果的一些关键因素(炮孔深度,掏槽形式,炸药单耗等),同时在优化爆破参数的基础上,根据煤矿该岩石巷道的现场实际情况设计了掏槽孔超深深度为300mm、400mm、500mm的三种爆破方案。经现场试验对三种爆破方案的效果进行验证,并与原始方案进行对比,最终选用三种设计方案中方案二的炮孔布置情况,方案二的炮孔最佳超深为400mm,炸药单耗降低至1.64kg/m^(3),炮孔利用率提高至96.4%,单循环进尺为1.735m,在原方案的基础上提高了8.4%,为节约掘进成本及提升掘进巷道质量奠定了基础.
Aiming at the poor blasting effect of drilling and blasting method for rock roadway excavation, the-648 m horizontal cooling chamber of Gubei Coal Mine is taken as the research object, and referring to the original scheme of rock roadway section excavation, combining with the field analysis of the key factors affecting the blasting effect(hole depth, cutting form, explosive consumption, etc.), the blasting parameters are optimized. According to the actual situation in the rock roadway, three blasting schemes are designed with the over-slotting depth of 300 mm, 400 mm, 500 mm. Effect of the three blasting schemes is verified in the field test, and compared with the original scheme. Finally, the layout of blasthole in scheme 2 is selected. The optimal over-slotting depth of blasthole in scheme 2 is 400 mm, the unit consumption of explosive is reduced to 1.64 kg/m;, the utilization rate of blasthole is increased to 96.4%, and the single cycle footage is 1.735 m, which is 8.4% longer than the original scheme.
