新时代扎实推动共同富裕存在若干逻辑前提,比如党在非公有制经济占优势的条件下推动共同富裕的决心和意志坚不可摧,必须依靠人民群众重点推动富裕之"共同"。我们可以从共享发展和协调发展理念、社会基本矛盾、公平与效率关系等角度来把握共同富裕的概念逻辑;从理论逻辑看,公有制和按劳分配是实现共同富裕的内在主导性逻辑,而其他分配方式是外部辅助性和补偿性逻辑;从历史逻辑看,社会主义思想和国际共产主义运动的价值追求、中国共产党人对革命、建设、改革的艰辛探索,本质上都是在设法实现共同富裕;从实践逻辑看,中外历史特别是市场起决定作用的社会主义初级阶段造成贫富分化的原因相当复杂,需要我们在科学认知"因果关系"的基础上确立共同富裕的圆满实现逻辑及其相关深化改革方略。最后聚焦于分配领域,我们可以充分通过"五种分配方式"来扎实推动共同富裕,并商榷学界的"三次分配"内涵。

For example, the Party’s determination and will to promote common prosperity while the non-public sector is in the ascendant are unbreakable.We must rely on the people to focus on promoting the "common" of prosperity.We can grasp the concept logic of common prosperity from the perspective of shared development and coordinated development, basic social contradictions, and the relationship between fairness and efficiency.From the perspective of theoretical logic, public ownership and distribution according to work are the internal dominant logic of realizing co-prosperity, and other distribution methods are external auxiliary and compensatory logic.From the perspective of historical logic, the value pursuit of the socialist thought and of the international communist movement, and the arduous exploration of Chinese Communists for revolution, construction and reformation, in essence, they are all trying to achieve common prosperity. From the perspective of practical logic, the reasons for the differentiation between the rich and the poor in the decisive history, especially the primary stage of the market, are quite complex, and we need to establish the successful realization logic of common prosperity and its related deepening reform strategy on the basis of the scientific understanding of the "causal relationship".Finally, focusing on the field of distribution, we can fully promote common prosperity through the "five distribution ways", and discuss the connotation of "three distribution" in the academic circle.
