摘要
简要介绍俄罗斯联合铝业公司新近研发出的一批新型可高速挤压的MaxiFlow6×××铝合金,专家们在一些原有6×××铝合金的标准成分范围内,根据新的理念调整Mg、Si元素的含量,优化锭坯均匀化处理工艺制度以减轻杂质Fe的有害影响,来实现可高速挤压性能。介绍了一些MaxiFlow6×××铝合金锭坯在不同国家的企业中高速试挤压成功的情况,有很好的经济效益,值得国内铝加工企业和有关科研单位开展研发。
A new MaxiFlow 6××× aluminum alloy available with high speed extrusion developed by Rusal is briefly introduced. According to the new concept, the experts adjust the contents of Mg and Si elements in the standard composition range of some of the existing 6××× aluminum alloys, and optimize the homogenization process system of ingot to reduce the harmful effect of impurity Fe, so as to achieve high-speed extrusion performance. This paper introduces some successful cases of high speed trial extrusion in the enterprises of different countries on MaxiFlow 6××× aluminum alloy billets, which brings good economic benefits. It is worth developing by domestic aluminum processing enterprises and related scientific research institutes.
