环长株潭城市群县域经济差异的时空格局及其影响机制

Spatio-temporal Pattern and Influencing Mechanism of County Economic Disparities in Urban Agglomeration around Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan Area

探讨城市群经济发展空间差异及其动因,对促进城市群地域高质量发展具有重要意义。以县域为基本研究单元,运用空间自相关和地理加权回归方法,结合ArcGIS等技术手段,对环长株潭城市群2010-2019年经济发展差异的时空演化及其影响机制进行研究。结果表明:2010-2019年环长株潭城市群县域经济发展绝对差异扩大,相对差异缩小,空间上呈现明显的“中心-外围”结构;县域经济发展具有显著的空间正相关性,且整体呈波动上升态势;经济发展水平相近的县域(“高-高”和“低-低”)呈空间集聚现象;二产占比、人均财政收入、人均社会消费品零售总额、人均可支配收入对区域经济增长具有正向影响作用,人均固定资产投资则具有负向抑制作用,且不同影响因子在不同地区的影响大小存在差异,整体上南北差异较明显。

To explore the spatial differences of urban agglomeration economic development and its causes is of great significance to promote the regional high-quality development of urban agglomeration.Taking county region as the basic research unit,using spatial autocorrelation and geographical weighted regression methods,combined with ArcGIS and other technical means,this paper studies the spatio-temporal evolution of economic development differences and their influencing mechanism in the Changzhou-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration from 2010 to 2019.The results show that:(1)The absolute difference of county economic development in the Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration increased from 2010 to 2019,while the relative difference decreased,showing an obvious"center-periphery"structure in space.(2)County economic development has a significant positive spatial correlation,and the overall trend of fluctuation;The counties with similar economic development level("high-high"and"low-low")show spatial agglomeration phenomenon.(3)Secondary proportion,finance income per capita,per capita total retail sales of social consumer goods,per capita disposable income,the positive effects on regional economic growth,the per capita investment in fixed assets has negative effects,and different influence factors on the influence of different region size differences,on the whole the north-south difference is more apparent.
