乡村旅游功能及其对乡村振兴的影响——以长株潭城市群为例

Effect of Rural Tourism and its Effect on Rural Vitalization——A Case of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan Urban Agglomeration

提升乡村旅游功能、促进乡村振兴发展是新时期中国社会经济发展的重要命题。通过建立指标体系,从经济、文化和生态等三个方面测度乡村旅游功能,从产业兴旺、生态宜居、乡风文明、治理有效和生活富裕等五个方面测度乡村振兴,以长株潭城市群为研究区域,运用2009-2019年的社会经济统计数据,在数据标准化和熵权法确认指标权重的基础上,采用多指标综合评价法、格兰杰因果检验和回归分析等,揭示两者随时间变化的趋势,解析两者的长期影响关系,分析乡村旅游功能对乡村振兴的影响。结果显示:长株潭城市群地区的乡村旅游功能和乡村振兴综合得分一直保持增长趋势,且乡村旅游功能对乡村振兴具有显著的促进作用。因此,在城市群地区,应大力推进乡村旅游的高质量发展,提升乡村旅游功能,以长期有效促进乡村振兴。

To enhance the function of rural tourism and promote the vitalization and development of rural areas is an important proposition of China's social development in the new era.The function of rural tourism was measured from three aspects of economy,culture and ecology,and the rural vitalization was measured from five aspects of prosperous industry,ecological livable environment,local custom civilization,effective governance and rich life.Both developing trends were revealed respectively over time,and the long-term effects of the two parties were empirical analyzed,which is of great significance for promoting function of rural tourism and the development of rural vitalization.Taking Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration as the research area,with social and economic statistical data between 2009-2019 years,using multi-index comprehensive evaluation method,granger causality test and regression analysis to do the research,which can empirically analyze the effect on rural vitalization by the function of rural tourism.The result shows the function of rural tourism and the development of rural vitalization in Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration keep increasing all the time.The function of rural tourism has a long-term balanced promotion effect on the rural vitalization.In urban agglomeration areas,promoting the high-quality development of rural tourism and enhancing the function of rural tourism can effectively promote the rural vitalization in the long run.
