摘要
如何设计和优化作战指挥信息流程,已经成为提升体系作战能力的重要因素。为构建陆军部队作战指挥信息流程仿真环境,支持作战指挥流程设计、论证和实验评估等实际应用,在对陆军部队指挥信息流程的本质内涵研究基础上,按照信息功能特点,将指挥信息流程分为情报信息流、指控信息流和协同信息流,并基于仿真的方法对这三类指挥信息流程进行建模研究,提出从情报域、指控域和协同域建立指挥信息流转情况的评估指标体系,为指挥信息流程的优化和改进提供决策支持。
How to design and optimize the operational command information process has become an important factor to enhance the system’s operational capability. In order to build the simulation environment of army operational command information process, and support some practical applications, such as the operational command process design, demonstration and experimental evaluation, the paper analyses the essential connotation of the command information process of army forces, divides the command information process into intelligence flow, command & control(C2) information flow and collaborative information flow, according to the characteristics of information. Based on the simulation method, the three kinds of command information processes are modeled and studied. Then the evaluation index system of circulation of command information from the intelligence domain, C2 domain and collaboration domain is proposed. This research can provide decision support for the optimization and improvement of the command information process.
