古汉山矿主排水自动化控制系统的双电源改造设计

摘要 为进一步加强井下泵房主排水自动化控制系统供电的安全性与可靠性,古汉山矿对井下中央泵房主排水自动化控制系统进行双电源改造。通过低压供电增设联络开关、分列运行方式,确保低压供电中断时低压电源可靠,为矿井主排水自动化控制系统提供连续可靠的用电环境。在满足《煤矿安全规程》(2016年修订版)的前提下,提高排水系统的安全可靠性,为智能化矿山建设提供有力的支撑。此外,研究了中央泵房主排水自动化控制系统双电源改造的必要性和设计的可行性。 In order to further strengthen the safety and reliability of the power supply of the main drainage automation control system of the underground pump house,Guhanshan Mine carries out a dual power supply transformation to the main drainage automation control system of the underground central pump house.Uses low-voltage power supply to add contact switches and separate operation modes to ensure that the low-voltage power supply is reliable when the low-voltage power supply is interrupted,and to provide a continuous and reliable power environment for the mine main drainage automation control system.On the premise of meeting the "Coal Mine Safety Regulations"(2016 revised edition),this can improve the safety and reliability of the drainage system and provide strong support for the construction of intelligent mines.This paper studies the necessity and feasibility of the dual power supply transformation of the main drainage automation control system of the central pump house.
