我国新型智库信息资源建设研究

Research on Information Resource Construction of New Think Tanks in China

采用网络调研法,从网站建设、研究成果资源建设以及专题数据库建设等角度对选取的31所国内新型智库信息资源建设现状进行分析,发现我国新型智库信息资源建设存在现有研究成果开发利用不深入、网站内容更新维护不及时、信息来源网络建设不健全、智库联盟和信息资源共享平台建设不完善等问题。我国新型智库可以从加强智库现有资源开发、加强智库透明度建设、拓宽信息采集渠道以及建立智库信息服务联盟等方面入手,加强智库信息资源建设。

The article analyses the status quo of the information resources construction of the selected 31 domestic new think tanks by means of network survey.Province from the perspective of the website construction,research results resource constructions,thematic database constructions.It finds that the problems in the information resources construction of new think tanks in China are:the development and utilization of existing research results is not indepth,the website content is not timely updated and maintained,the information source network construction is not sound,the think tank alliance and the information resource sharing platform construction is not perfect.My country’s new type of think tanks can reinforce the information resources construction from strengthening the development of think tanks’existing resources and the transparency of think tanks,broadening information collection channels,establishing think tank information service alliances.
