摘要
针对工厂人工检测螺纹表面缺陷成本高、效率低的缺陷,采用机器视觉检测系统来提高检测效率与精度。通过自主搭建螺纹表面缺陷自动检测平台。采用CCD相机采集表面缺陷图像,在MATLAB中分析以Si_(3)N_(4)颗粒为陶瓷基复合材料的螺纹表面缺陷。采用SWT变换、FFT变换、低通滤波、缺陷提取及边缘检测等操作,对螺纹表面缺陷进行识别分类并将结果反馈给下个工站,从而更加有效地识别次品。实验结果验证了该方法的可行性,由此可以推断该方法对以Si_(3)N_(4)颗粒为陶瓷基的螺纹表面缺陷的高效检测具有一定的参考意义。
In view of the high cost and low efficiency of the factory’s manual detection of thread surface defects,the machine vision inspection system is used to improve the detection efficiency and accuracy.The automatic detection platform for thread surface defects is built independently,and the surface defect images are collected by CCD cameras and analyzed in MATLAB.The thread surface defects of ceramic matrix composite materials are identified and classified by SWT transformation,FFT transformation,low-pass filtering,defect extraction and edge detection,etc.,and the results are sent back to the next station for more effective identification of defective products.The experimental results verify the feasibility of this method,and it can be inferred that this method has certain reference significance for the efficient detection of surface defects of threads with Si_(3)N_(4) particles as ceramic base.
