摘要
国土空间生态保护修复对巩固提升生态系统碳汇能力具有重大贡献,是经济安全有效的固碳增汇手段。文章阐述了植被、土壤、其他环境条件及土地利用变化等对陆地生态系统固碳的影响,以及陆地生态系统的增汇原理;分析了现有国土空间生态修复保护措施及其对森林、草地、农田、湿地等生态系统固碳增汇的影响;并从规划引领、工程实施、政策制度支撑体系三个维度提出国土空间生态修复促进陆地生态系统增汇的主要技术路径和政策建议。
Ecological conservation and restoration of territorial space contribute significantly to consolidating and enhancing the carbon sink capacity of ecosystems,and is an economy,safe and effective means of carbon sequestration and sink enhancement.The article describes the effects of vegetation,soil,other environmental conditions,and land-use changes on carbon sequestration in land ecosystems,as well as the principles of sink enhancement in terrestrial ecosystems.It analyzes the existing ecological restoration and protection measures in territorial space and their effects on carbon sequestration and sink enhancement in the forest,grassland,farmland,wetland,and other ecosystems.And the main technical paths and policy suggestions for ecological restoration of the territorial space to promote the sink enhancement of terrestrial ecosystems are proposed from three dimensions:planning leading,engineering implementation,and policy and institutional support system.
