人本视角下的城市设计思维与方法--以怀柔科学城城市设计为例

CONCEPTS AND METHODS OF URBAN DESIGN BASED ON HUMANISTIC PERSPECTIVE:A CASE STUDY OF HUAIROU SCIENCE CITY

伴随我国城市发展进入注重空间品质提升的阶段,新时期的城市设计工作需要创新思路,回应时代要求,城市设计要更加关注人的体验,回归人的需求。本文以怀柔科学城城市设计实践为例,深入研究核心人群的行为方式与感知体验,并在空间特色价值、功能资源配置、场所环境营造、实施路径整合等维度思考城市设计技术体系,探索人本主义语境下的城市设计思维与设计实践的内涵表达,以此作为城市设计理论方法的有益补充。

As China shifts its focus from space expansion to quality upgrade in its urbanization process,the urban design in the new era calls for innovations and responses to people's experiences and needs of the era.With Huairou Science City as an example here,for the purpose of exploring the connotations of concepts and practices of urban design in the people-oriented context,the behavior and perceptual experience of the core group are studied in this paper and the urban design technology system is considered from the perspectives of spatial characteristic value,functional resource allocation,environment creation,and practice path integration.All these works give a useful complement to the theory and methods of urban design.
