摘要
当今城市面临着日益复杂的安全风险,为保障城市安全底线,我国“十四五”规划纲要及各大城市陆续出台的规划文件中均明确提出了要构建安全韧性城市的发展目标。然而,我国安全韧性城市建设仍处于起步阶段,更鲜少涉及在城市设计中的引导或应用。本文以长沙会展片区城市设计为例,探究安全韧性理念下城市设计阶段在总体格局、环境设计及公共空间营造等方面的设计重点,以期促进未来在城市空间安全格局的进一步研究。
Today's cities are facing increasingly complex safety risks.In order to ensure the bottom line of urban safety,the outline of China's 14th Five-Year Plan(2021-2025)and planning documents successively issued by major cities clearly put forward the development goal of building safe and resilient cities.However,domestic construction in this respect is still in its infancy and rarely involves the guidance or practice in the field of urban design.Thus,this article takes the urban design project of Changsha Exhibition Area as an example,aiming to explore some significant considerations on overall layout,landscape design and public space creation with the concept of safe and resilient cities and promote further research on urban spatial security in the future.
