问题导向下的城市中心区更新策略研究--以长春市人民广场城市中心城市设计为例

RESEARCH ON THE RENEWAL STRATEGY OF CENTRAL AREA UNDER THE GUIDANCE OF PROBLEMS:TAKING THE URBAN CENTRAL DESIGN OF CHANGCHUN PEOPLE SQUARE AS AN EXAMPLE

随着我国经济发展方式的转变,近年来城乡规划呈现出由增量发展转向存量更新的发展趋势。作为城市的核心区域,城市中心区的更新发展一直以来都是世界上各大城市难以回避的重要课题。本文以吉林省长春市人民广场城市中心城市设计为例,从历史文化和区域格局的视角切入,以城市核心地段旧城更新为契机,以解决问题为导向,采用系统化的分析方式,针对片区在总体定位、街区风貌、高度控制、共享空间、历史建筑、新建建筑、细节控制、地下空间、交通和市政等方面出现的问题,提出人民广场及周边地区的更新改造策略,从而探索城市中心区更新发展思路。

With the transformation of China's economic development mode,urban and rural planning in recent years presents a development trend from incremental development to stock renewal.As the core area of the city,the renewal and development of city center has always been an important issue in the world.This paper takes the urban design of People Square in Changchun,Jilin Province as an example.From the perspective of historical culture and regional pattern,this paper analyzes the problems in a systematic way by taking the renewal of the old city in the core of the city as an opportunity and solving problems as the orientation.In view of the overall positioning,block style,height control,shared space,historical buildings,new buildings,detail control,underground space,traffic and municipal problems in this area,the renewal and reconstruction strategy of People Square and its surrounding areas is put forward,and the renewal and development ideas of urban central area are explored.
