水轮发电机受潮后短路干燥关键技术问题

摘要 水轮发电机一般都安装运行在山区,夏季因潮湿空气或者洪水的影响易受潮,发电机受潮后绝缘下降,有时会降低到发电机不允许运行的程度,这时需要想办法先恢复发电机的绝缘才能恢复正常发电运行。本文主要以实际运行经验为基础,研究在发电机受潮后用短路干燥的办法恢复发电机绝缘时需要技术人员特别注意的关键技术问题,以供同行参考。 Hydro generators are generally installed and operated in mountainous areas.In summer,they are affected by damp air or flood.After the generators are moistened,their insulation will be reduced.Sometimes the operators may even become too wet to operate normally.At this time,it is necessary to find a way to restore the insulation of the generator in order to restore normal power generation operation.Based on practical operation experience,this paper studies the key technical problems that need special attention of technicians when the moistened generator insulation is restored by Short Circuit Exsiccation,so as to provide reference for our peers.
