Optimization of governor oil pump start-stop program based on PLC control

以提升油泵启停可靠性为目标,对调速器油泵的PLC控制逻辑做出优化。实验证明,通过程序优化,不仅可以满足正常工作需求,而且可以实现油泵在高油压状态下无法起泵,并能够多次发出停泵指令的目标,避免了一些极端条件下的事故隐患。

In order to improve the start-stop reliability of oil pumps,the PLC control logic of governor oil pump is optimized.Experiments prove that through program optimization,it can not only meet the normal working requirements,but also reached the goal of preventing the starting of oil pumps under high oil pressure and can send out stop instructions for many times,avoiding some potential accident under extreme conditions.
