基于S7-200型PLC控制的音乐喷泉对电厂环境美化的设计

摘要 随着经济的发展,环境问题成为了我们日益关注的一项民生话题,优美的生活环境不仅有益身心,更能显著提高电厂职工的工作效率。本设计主要以可编程控制器为控制核心,通过对各个开关的操作,实现对喷泉本身及其附带的音乐、灯光的控制,具有接线简单、编程直观、扩展容易等特点。当喷泉的功能需要增加时,只要增加相应程序以及输出的功能即可,需要改动的地方也较少,测试结果表明,在适应性、灵活性、准确性和可靠性方面,都达到了设计要求。 With the development of economy,environmental issues have become a topic relate to people's livelihood which we need to pay more attention to.An elegant living environment is not only beneficial to the body and mind,but can also significantly improve the work efficiency of power plant employees.The design mainly takes the programmable controller as the control core,and realizes the control of the fountain itself and the accompanying music and lighting through the operation of each switch.It has the characteristics of simple wiring,intuitive programming and easy expansion and so on.When the functions of the fountain are needed to be increased,engineers can just increase the corresponding program and output functions,meaning that there are fewer places are needed to be changed.The test results show that the design requirements including adaptability,flexibility,accuracy and reliability were met by our design.
