老年痴呆患者居家照顾研究进展

Research progress of home care for senile dementia patients

老年痴呆是一种常见于老年人的神经系统疾病,目前国际上尚未有针对其治疗的特效药,且患病老人除了在医院接受康复训练外,大部分的时间在家中度过,因此老年痴呆患者在居家环境中需要规范的照顾和康复训练。本文基于国内外在居家康复运动及认知训练、饮食管理、居家环境改造以及家属陪护指导等方面的研究,进行归纳和阐述。为老年痴呆患者居家管理应用和进一步深入研究提供参考依据。

Senile dementia is a common neurological disease in the elderly.At present,there is no specific drug for its treatment in the world,besides receiving rehabilitation training in the hospital,the sick elderly spend most of their time at home,therefore,senile dementia patients need standardized care and rehabilitation training in the home environment.Based on the research of home rehabilitation exercise and cognitive training,diet management,home environment transformation and family escort guidance at home and abroad,this paper summarizes and expounds.It can be used as a reference for the application and further research of home management in patients with senile dementia.
