医嘱前置审核优化输液药物用药合理性分析

Analysis on the rationality of optimizing the use of infusion drugs by pre audit of doctor's orders

目的:探讨本院静脉用药常见医嘱不合理用药情况,提高静脉用药安全性,规范临床合理用药。方法:基于本院处方前置审核系统(MINDS系统)规则库,抽取2020年住院输液药物用药监控问题医嘱,对不合理用药情况进行分析。结果:监控分析输液药物问题医嘱,主要问题有溶媒选择不当、存在体外配伍禁忌、给药途径不合理、配伍浓度不当、用药剂量不合适等。结论:应用处方前置审核系统,可有效提高不合理医嘱的审出率,保障患者用药安全。

Objective:To explore the irrational use of intravenous drugs in our hospital,improve the safety of intravenous drugs,and standardize the clinical rational use of drugs.Methods:Based on the rule base of the hospital's prescription pre audit system(MINDS system),problem orders in medication monitoring of inpatient infusion drugs in 2020 were selected to analyze the irrational use of drugs.Results:We monitored and analyzed the medical orders of infusion drugs.The main problems included improper choice of solvent,in vitro compatibility,unreasonable administration route,improper compatibility concentration,inappropriate dosage.Conclusion:The application of prescription pre audit system can effectively improve the review rate of unreasonable medical orders and ensure the drug safety of patients.
