摘要
目的:探讨儿童反复呼吸道感染与维生素A、维生素E水平的关系,为疾病的预防和治疗提供参考。方法:选取2015年4月-2019年4月反复呼吸道感染儿童616例和非反复呼吸道感染儿童2913例,根据患儿就诊时状态分为A、B、C、D四组。A组为反复呼吸道感染患病组;B组为反复呼吸感染非患病组;C组为非反复呼吸道感染患病组,D组为非反复呼吸道感染非患病组(健康组)。采用高效液相色谱法检测四组血清维生素A、维生素E水平。结果:D组维生素A水平明显高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);D组维生素E水平高于A组、C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血清维生素A、维生素E水平与反复呼吸道感染有关,补充维生素A、维生素E摄入不足,有助于预防反复呼吸道感染。
Objective:To explore the relationship between recurrent respiratory infections in children and vitamin A and E levels,and to provide references for disease prevention and treatment.Methods:From April 2015 to April 2019,616 children with recurrent respiratory infections and 2913 children with non-recurrent respiratory infections were selected,they were divided into the four groups A,B,C,and D according to the status of the children at the time of treatment.The group A was the recurrent respiratory tract infection patients group.The group B was recurrent respiratory infection non-diseased group.The group C was a non recurrent respiratory tract infection patients group.The group D was non recurrent respiratory tract infection non disease group(the healthy group).The levels of serum vitamin A and E in the four groups were detected by high performance liquid chromatography.Results:The level of vitamin A in the group D was significantly higher than that in the group A,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of vitamin E in the group D was higher than that in the group A and the group C,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The levels of serum vitamin A and E are related to recurrent respiratory tract infection.Supplement insufficient intake of vitamin A and E is helpful to prevent recurrent respiratory tract infection.
