斜外侧腰椎椎间融合术治疗腰椎退行性疾病的早期疗效观察

Observation on the early curative effect of oblique lateral lumbar interbody fusion in the treatment of lumbar degenerative diseases

目的:观察斜外侧腰椎椎间融合术(OLIF)治疗腰椎退行性疾病的早期疗效。方法:2018年5月-2020年5月收治腰椎退行性疾病患者68例,均进行斜外侧腰椎椎间融合术治疗。观察患者手术情况、疼痛情况、术后恢复情况、生活质量及心理状态。结果:所有患者手术时间为100~175 min,平均(134.82±20.37)min;出血量为100~300 mL,平均(164.38±55.38)mL。与治疗前相比,治疗后患者视觉模拟评分量表(VAS)评分、Oswestry指数(ODI)评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)及抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均降低,日本骨科协会腰椎疗效评分标准(JOA)评分、椎间隙高度、椎间孔高度及生活质量评分均提高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:斜外侧腰椎椎间融合术治疗腰椎退行性疾病,能减轻患者疼痛感,促进腰椎功能恢复,大大提高了患者生活质量,且不良心理得到了有效改善。

Objective:To observe the early efficacy of oblique lateral lumbar interbody fusion(OLIF)in the treatment of lumbar degenerative diseases.Methods:From May 2018 to May 2020,68 patients with degenerative diseases of lumbar spine were treated with oblique lateral lumbar interbody fusion.The operation,pain,postoperative recovery,quality of life and psychological status were observed.Results:The operation time of all patients was 100~175 min,with an average of(134.82±20.37)min.The blood loss volume ranged from 100 mL to 300 mL with an average of(164.38±55.38)mL.Compared with before treatment,VAS score,ODI score,SAS score and SDS score were decreased after treatment,while JOA score,intervertebral height,intervertebral foramen height and quality of life score were improved,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Oblique lateral lumbar interbody fusion in the treatment of lumbar degenerative diseases can relieve the pain of patients,promote the recovery of lumbar function,and greatly improve the quality of life of patients,and effectively improve the adverse psychology.
