摘要
目的:研究成人高角骨性Ⅱ类错颌畸形患者的上气道特征。方法:2020年4月-2021年5月收治成人高角骨性Ⅱ类错颌畸形患者62例,纳入研究组;另选取同时期成人高角骨性Ⅰ类正常患者62例,纳入对照组。两组均行锥形束计算机体层摄影检查,应用三维重建Doiphion软件重建上气道模型,并进行上气道形态测量。比较两组患者上气道形态的差异性。结果:研究组鼻咽段H、S、L1、L2、V的测量值与对照组相近,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组腭咽段S、V的测量值均小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组舌咽段H、L2的检测值均大于对照组,S、V的测量值均小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组喉咽段H的检测值大于对照组,V的测量值均小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:成人高角骨性Ⅱ类错颌畸形患者的上气道腭咽段、舌咽段、喉咽段总体积均减小,横断面的最狭窄部位处于舌咽段。
Objective:To study the upper airway characteristics of adult patients with high angle skeletal class Ⅱ malocclusion.Methods:From April 2020 to May 2021,62 adult patients with high angle skeletal skeletal class Ⅱ malocclusion were selected and included in the study group.62 adult patients with high angle skeletal skeletal normal Ⅰ were included in the control group.Both groups underwent cone-beam computed tomography examinations,and the upper airway model was reconstructed using the three-dimensional reconstruction Doiphion software,and the upper airway morphology was measured.The difference of upper airway morphology between the two groups was compared.Results:The measured values of H,S,L1,L2,and V of the nasopharyngeal segment of the study group were similar to the control group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The measured values of S and V of the velopharyngeal segment of the study group were lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The measured values of H and L2 of the glossopharyngeal segment in the study group were greater than the control group,and the measured values of S and V were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The detection value of laryngopharyngeal segment H in the study group was greater than the control group,and the measured value of V was less than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The total volume of the upper airway velopharyngeal,glossopharyngeal,and laryngopharyngeal segments in adult patients with high angle skeletal class Ⅱ malocclusion is reduced,and the narrowest part of the cross-section is in the glossopharyngeal segment.
