Community comprehensive intervention strategy for elderly patients with hyperuricemia

目的:高尿酸血症(HUA)是由于体内嘌呤代谢异常、尿酸生成增多或排泄减少所引起的一种代谢性疾病。近年来随着人口老龄化、人们饮食结构和生活方式改变,HUA发病率呈逐年升高趋势,尤其是在老年人群。预计今后10~20年,HUA将成为我国仅次于糖尿病、位居第二位的代谢性疾病,是不可忽视的公共健康问题。社区作为慢性病管理的重要平台,近年来在对高血压、糖尿病等纳入规范管理的同时,也逐渐发现了加强HUA管理的重要性。家庭医生是接触老年HUA患者最广泛的医生,因此,社区综合干预可作为老年HUA防治的一种重要措施和管理模式。

Hyperuricemia(HUA)is a metabolic disease caused by abnormal purine metabolism,increased uric acid production or decreased excretion in the body.In recent years,with the aging of the population,changes in people's diet and lifestyle,the incidence of HUA has been increasing year by year,especially in the elderly.It is estimated that in the next 10 to 20 years,HUA will become the second metabolic disease in my country after diabetes,and it is a public health issue that cannot be ignored.As an important platform for the management of chronic diseases,the community has gradually discovered the importance of strengthening HUA management while incorporating the standardized management of hypertension and diabetes in recent years.Family doctors are the doctors who have the most extensive contact with elderly HUA patients.Therefore,comprehensive community intervention can be used as an important measure and management model for the prevention and treatment of elderly HUA.
