摘要
目的:研究微创表面活性物质运用(LISA)技术与传统方式气管插管-肺表面活性物质-拔管后经鼻持续气道正压通气(INSURE)技术应用于治疗新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征(NRDS)的临床效果与价值。方法:收治NRDS患儿80例,随机分为两组,各40例。对照组应用INSURE技术治疗;观察组应用LISA技术治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后血氧分压(PaO_(2))、二氧化碳分压(PaCO_(2))及氧合指数(P/F)均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组各项不良反应及并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:与传统INSURE技术相比,LISA技术可较好地改善患儿症状,并改善血气分析指标水平,疾病治疗效率较高,且不良反应发生率较低。
Objective:To study the clinical effect and value of less invasive surfactant administration(LISA)and traditional tracheal intubation-pulmonary surfactant-extubation via nasal continuous positive airway pressure(INSURE)technology in the treatment of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome(NRDS).Methods:80 children with NRDS were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with INSURE technology.The observation group was treated with LISA technology.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the blood oxygen partial pressure(PaO_(2)),carbon dioxide partial pressure(PaCO_(2))and oxygenation index(P/F)in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions and complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the traditional INSURE technology,LISA technology can better improve the symptoms of children,and improve the level of blood gas analysis indicators,the efficiency of disease treatment is higher,and the incidence of adverse reactions is lower.
