司来吉兰结合左旋多巴治疗对帕金森病患者疗效、UPDRS评分及平衡能力的影响研究

Study on the effect of selegiline combined with levodopa treatment on the efficacy,UPDRS score and balance ability of patients with Parkinson's disease

目的:观察司来吉兰结合左旋多巴治疗对帕金森病患者的影响。方法选帕金森病患者80例,随机分两组各40例,对照组左旋多巴治疗,试验组联合司来吉兰治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果:试验组治疗后总有效率、平衡能力评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,试验组平衡功能分数为(26.49±2.36)分,治疗2周、治疗1个月、治疗后3个月时试验组病例阳性和阻性症状量表(PANSS)分数分别为(106.37±9.93)分、(79.13±6.57)分、(32.54±4.34)分,试验组数据明显高于对照组,P<0.05。结论:司来吉兰结合左旋多巴治疗帕金森病疗效显著,能显著提高患者神经功能,有效改善患者平衡能力。

Objective:To observe the effect of selegiline combined with levodopa treatment on patients with Parkinson's disease.Methods:Eighty patients with Parkinson's disease were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with levodopa,and the experimental group was treated with selegiline.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate and balance ability scores of the experimental group after treatment were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);the UPDRS scores of the two groups decreased at 2 weeks,4 weeks,and 8 weeks after treatment,and the indicators of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group.Group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Two weeks after treatment,one month after treatment,and three months after treatment,the evaluation of positive and negative symptoms scale(PANSS)scores all decreased,and the indicators of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the balance ability of the two groups increased,and the indexes of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of selegiline and levodopa in the treatment of Parkinson's disease has a significant effect,significantly improves the patient's neurological function,and effectively improves the patient's balance ability.
