肾上腺色腙片治疗泌尿系结石排石患者血尿的疗效观察

Therapeutic effect of Anluoxue(adrenal hydrazone tablets)on hematuria in patients with urinary calculi and discharge of stones

目的:探讨肾上腺色腙片治疗泌尿系结石排石患者血尿的疗效。方法:选取2020年8月-2021年8月进行排石治疗的泌尿系结石患者40例,随机分为两组,各20例。试验组给予肾上腺色腙片治疗,对照组给予常规治疗。比较两组临床疗效。结果:试验组尿潜血(+)16例,尿潜血(++)2例,尿潜血(+++)2例;对照组尿潜血(+)3例,尿潜血(++)9例,尿潜血(+++)8例。两组各级别尿潜血的比例比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:进行排石治疗的泌尿系结石患者应用肾上腺色腙片治疗血尿,经济、方便、安全、有效。

Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of Carbazochrome tablets on hematuria in patients with urinary calculi and discharge of stones.Methods:From August 2020 to August 2021,40 patients with urinary calculi who underwent stone-removal treatment were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 20 cases in each group.The experimental group was given Carbazochrome tablets treatment.The control group was given conventional treatment.We compared the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Results:The experimental group had 16 cases of urine occult blood(+),2 cases of urine occult blood(++),2 cases of urine occult blood(+++).The control group had 3 cases of urine occult blood(+)and 9 cases of urine occult blood(++),8 cases of urinary occult blood(+++).The comparison of the ratio of urinary occult blood of each grade between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Carbazochrome tablets to treat hematuria in patients with urinary calculi undergoing stone-removal therapy is economical,convenient,safe and effective.
