心理护理联合健康教育在高龄孕妇护理中的价值分析

Analysis of the value of psychological nursing combined with health education in the nursing of senior pregnant women

目的:分析在高龄孕妇护理中联合应用心理护理及健康教育的价值。方法:选取2020-2021年高龄孕妇98例,以护理干预方式不同分为两组,各49例。对照组给予常规干预;研究组给予健康宣教+心理护理。比较两组干预效果。结果:研究组分娩效能评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组顺产率高于对照组,且并发症发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在高龄孕妇的临床护理中联合应用心理护理、健康教育,不仅能有效提高孕妇的分娩效能,帮助孕妇顺利分娩,还可以改善孕妇分娩后的心理状态,有利于预防产后抑郁症,应用价值高。

Objective:To analyze the value of combined application of psychological nursing and health education in the nursing of elderly pregnant women.Methods:From 2020 to 2021,98 elderly pregnant women were selected,they were divided into the two groups with different nursing intervention methods with 49 cases in each group.The control group was given routine intervention.The study group was given health education and psychological care.We compared the effects of the two interventions.Results:The delivery efficiency score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The rate of spontaneous labor in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The HAMA score and HAMD score of the study group were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined application of psychological care and health education in the clinical nursing of elderly pregnant women can not only effectively improve the delivery efficiency of pregnant women and help pregnant women give birth smoothly,but also improve the psychological state of pregnant women after delivery,which is beneficial to prevent postpartum depression and has high application value.
